Did they always sell metal ammo cans, never saw them there before?

Whole end cap on an aisle in sporting goods.

I saw them too (different wally I'm sure).

$16.98 ea.

Either some smart ass kid added the "1" or they're trying to get even for the $700 6920.

Did they have an orange Blackhawk sticker on the side?  Wal-Mart is increasing their Blackhawk selection, so it doesn't surprise me that they'd carry those too.

They've got them in PA as well, but damn they were pricey.

I saw them as well at my local Walmart.  Way overpriced.

1 oz slug and 00 buckshot 12 gauge is starting to make its way back on to the shelves there, as well.  Unfortunately, it was $5.47 for 5 rounds of buckshot or $6.47 for 5 rounds of rifled slugs.  Oh well, someone will buy it at that price.

$16 each, they're still not technically selling them IMO.  That's just the package for all the ammo they've been getting and their employees have been snagging first to flip on the net.  Needed to put something on the shelf.

I just picked one up while at Walmart down the street.

The difference in price I would have saved driving over to the Army Navy surplus store would have been eaten up in gas.

I want it to store some stuff in the Jeep.

Being brand spanking new too adds a few bucks to the price.

they used to sell them at Academy back in the day (think 80s/90s) for $5.  Academy used to have tons of great army surplus stuff then, dirt cheap
