Got a package deal. Two nights at the Golden Nugget, front row tickets, t-shirt and various WN merchandise. The dude can still belt out out some songs and we mostly had a good time. I got caught in the flood of folks rushing to the stage at the end of the concert to get autographs. Security had their hands full with people trying to climb on stage and other shenanigans. The National Rodeo Finals was in town so there were more than a few drunk cowboys.
I always regretted not seeing Elvis in concert when he was still around. I have never been to a hotel that charges for the coffee in your room or using the business center computers. The good news is we came home with more money than we took with us. |

I saw him in Atlanta during a Music Midtown event back in 98 and thumb sized doobies where being passed around like free candy. I didn't partake but, I did seem to get a little buzz from the second hand smoke. |
