Not a bad movie... although it took a hard left turn and got really depressing. I'd have to say Clint still has the right stuff.

Morgan Freeman is always great to watch as well.

I was expecting something mor elike a clone of Girlfight, but I think this was pretty much better.

It was great but don't watch it with the wife. I was expecting a semi happy ending
and some nookie. No spoilers I hope but it didn't turn out that way, for the movie or me........

One of my favorite movies. I had no objections to the storyline, especially since it is based on a book, not something that Eastwood made up to advance an agenda.

Hillary Swank's performance was terrific. Beautiful, tough, yet very vulnerable as well, with a perfect mix of class & trash. Absolutely deserved the Oscar.

I'm glad they showed it on one of my recent airline flights, I'd have never rented it or watched it if it was on cable (boxing isnt my sport), but I found it to be a very thought-provoking movie.

... Very good movie. Not really an emotional kind of guy, but it stirred me

... Certainly recommended

Hey Path! I heard about how the movie turns out ... that's why I have'nt bothered to watch it yet. I usually shy away from heavy / depressing movie.

Maybe i'll (be "forced" to) watch it when it hits HBO.

Wife cried through last half hour of movie......... ruined it for me!

Freemans character has echoes of Red from "The Shawshank Redemption" which he played to a tee....
