I have the chance to buy a 2 person sauna for $700 delivered. Regular price is $1200 plus tax and delivery.

Should I? Do I want sauna? Does it really help with weight and health?

Tag.  I saw some kits for about a grand and was thinking of putting one in the basement when I finish it for a workout room.

The other half of the experience I remember enjoying was jumping in to a cold lake after getting a good sweat going...but I don't think I will install a lake down there, too.

Headache. Just walk faster if you want to sweat.

A friend of mine did steam.  He never uses it.  The novelty of it wore off quick.

My folks (in-laws) have  a sauna downstairs, and I have never seen it used for anything other than storage.

My dad installed one and used it almost weekly for about a month.  He hasnt touched it since.  Sweet waste of money, pops.
