wow.... those are some great HK pics.

i dont really understand the paranoia over serial numbers in pics. what could come from posting your gun's SN? It's not like posting a credit card number or anything like that

Someone could call ATF and be like "My pistol was stolen! It has SN xxxxx".

Knowing the lovely alphabet men, they'd leave the weight on your entirely to prove it's yours.

No problem, I'd refer the ATF to my FFL so they could pull the 4473 that shows that I do, in fact, own the firearm.

Problem solved.

No problem, I'd refer the ATF to my FFL so they could pull the 4473 that shows that I do, in fact, own the firearm.

Problem solved.

The whole process can be avoided by simply blacking out a set of numbers. Took my 20 secodns after I realized I forgot, then about another 3 minutes for photobucket to actually put the corrected pics up
