I recently procured a bottle of Michael Collins Irish Whiskey. I salute the Irish craftsmen in County Louth. What is your preference?

I got a nip of Bushmills I'm ready to crack open.

I've enjoyed Bushmills & Tullamore Dew.

There's more in that section of the LLS but I don't get down that way much. I'm still working my way through the Scotch section. I seem to be stuck, however, near the Lagavulin, Laphroig, and JW Black.

I, too, am more of a scotch whisky fan, but I've been known to drink the Irish from time-to-time.

Jameson, Red Breast, Powers...

Let me know how it compares to Jameson.

Redbreast and Bushmills
But I only manage about a bottle per year.

I decided to try a new one this week. Concannon. Aged in wine casks. It's not bad, but not sure I'd buy again.
