My S3 is getting a little long in the tooth.  Here' a list of all the phones that are either free or $0.99 from Verizon:

lg lancet

I'd like to stay with android but listed the LG Lancet (which I don't think is droid) because I'm not sure.  I'm looking for a faster CPU, mostly.  Screen size and resolution at least that of the S3, bigger and better preferred of course.

Any advice on the aforementioned options most welcome.
