Salmon stuffed with crab meat from Publix.

Smoked on cedar planks over lump charcoal on the Weber kettle.

Smells great!

I love me some cedar plank salmon. I always lay the filet out but your way looks interesting. Can you take a pic of it unrolled? Does the smoke flavor get into the center?

I'd eat it, 10+

We already ate it. The smoke didn't get to the center. They came made like that from the grocery store.

When I lived in Florida we used to get those from Pubelix all the time. They really are good.

I'm sure it was very good. There are many ways to skin a cat err ummm grill a salmon filet. Next time you should try unrolling it as it exposes more surface area to the smoke. It also cooks quicker so you have to babysit.
