Fuck racist Nazis and all, but if this suit is successful, alot of people on all sides better get ready for crippling lawsuits over their tweets and Facebook posts.

Yeah I thought that was the interesting part. It's a great case (I don't mean that the end result is desirable) for pushing for an expansion of liability for people who encourage others on the internet to harass the person's enemies. There's no less sympathetic defendant than the defendants. But then am I liable if I complain that a gun company didn't honor a warranty and post "Firemission! Acme Firearms Screwed me!"

Yep.  ARFCOM "firemission" posts would be grounds to sue.  Trolling anyone on Twitter or Facebook, grounds to use.  Antifa organizing to troll a Trump rally, grounds to sue.  Trump supporters organizing to troll an Antifa rally, grounds to sue.  Hell, posting negative reviews on Yelp or a businesses Facebook page...grounds to sue.

Sounds like this could be a test case for their next target. Donald J. "Literally Hitler" Trump and his terror tweets.
