That looks like an awesome little setup despite the ridiculous legality issue though.
It depresses me to think of how the .gov gets their panties in a bunch over a barrel a few inches too short. |

I bet he never registered it in Ca. as as "a.w." thinking his purchase before the date Jan. 1 2000 was sufficient.* Add
a folding stock (now its an SBR) and the guy unwittingly committed multiple felonies. Mount up the swat team and capture /hogtie/kill dog of this menace NOW! *I base this on my experience with people who use the term "banana magazine" |

Unless that gun was specifically listed as an AW in SB23. |
