The asshurt is strong as can be. Weekend update used to be halfway funny now it's just petulant children bashing conservatives, republicans, and white people jokes from the black dude. Obama gave Lorne Michaels the highest civilian honor not too long ago so I'm sure he feels the need to kiss his ass.
This was the citation for the highest civilian honor, talk about a sham: Lorne Michaels is a producer and screenwriter, best known for creating and producing Saturday Night Live, which has run continuously for more than 40 years. In addition, Michaels has also produced The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and 30 Rock, among other popular, award-winning shows. He has won 13 Emmy Awards over the course of his lengthy career. And of course, Obama feels the need to award the most by far, gotta shape that legacy

Every time I come across something political from SNL lately, my opinion of them just get lower. Their Trump parodies are the laziest crap. It's all "Durr hurr hurr, Trump is dumb". Geez, they could at least make jokes about Trump that are actually funny, it can't be that hard.

He's saying that he's not attending daily briefings that are redundant or contain unimportant information. He's letting Pence attend those who will then inform him if there was something important he missed. But Trump is still attending briefings that contain new or important info. Honestly, considering their difference in experience, at this point it's probably better to filter that information through Pence anyway.
