Tell me. My roommate and I were arguing as usual a bout guns, New Orleans, and whatnot and he said that the 'Gov had the right to disarm the people and force them out of their homes if it was for their own good. I naturally dissented, arguing that the BOR prevented that and that there was also a SCOTUS case that said that the Cities could not force someone to leave if they didn't want to.


Does anyone have any info on that court case? I'd sure love to post it on my bulletin board....

Fed court said no and ordered NOLA to stop and give back guns

I have the NRA update about the order to stop confiscating guns, however about the Court cases relating to forced evacuations...
