Does anyone think legislative immunity might change Colt & H&K's minds about supporting the civilian market?

I saw in Motley Fool today that Ruger just got a buy recomendation because the Senate Bill passed.

That'd be sweet.

I'm not sure if their concerns are liability as much as efficiency.

If you can stay at 100% capacity with just gov't contracts, it makes sense to do so....at least in the short term.
