[i]Domestic[/i] ammo manufacturers? There was a big shortage of milsurp during the Balkans "war" that lasted about nine months but commercial ammo was still available, but it was in short supply too.

A friend with an outfitters store / gun store mentioned that Federal has stopped production for the public.

I'd better check AMMOMAN and CTD I guess. Sure haven't heard this though. I haven't been to town in a week so out of curiosity with all the comments on runs on Gun's and Ammo I checked out Wally World. No change there. They still have the same Mini-14 in the rack and the racks were still full of guns. Had plenty of ammo.
Adding to my stockpile might not be a bad idea though. I'm basically "Ammo Rich" at the present. |
