After 4 years of walking past it almost daily I finally noticed it.
What can you tell me about 'em. Never knew they existed.

I shot 1 magazine out of one years ago with a ruger LE rep
pretty much just a mini uzi except closed bolt IIRC |

as a uzi/mac type subgun goes they are pretty nice
and it seemed to work fine in my very limited experence I didn't sell NFA stuff but FWIW I have never seen a PD that has them as a duty weapon just maybe 1-2 they demoed at some time or another see lots of depts with AC556s though Im sure there is a SOT on here that has one |

They're "around" but the mass switchover of SWAT types to M4's and military special ops to the same (first) didn't help sales.
Oddly enough, the MP9 showed up in a couple of X-Files episodes (fourth or fifth season). Uziel Gal redesigned the Uzi, was going to produce it in Canada I believe but ended up going with Ruger. |
