Never plan to be shot by one to find out but the term less lethal has me a little
Anyone care to explain this classification of weapons to me?
Less lethal seems to mean don't get shot in the head or chest in the wrong spot? |

A method that is NOT LIKELY to cause great bodily harm or death...

The proper term is less THAN lethal. It will still kill your ass under certain conditions.

It is not meant to kill, but if used inappropriately has potential for lethality. Or potentially lethal if coupled with some other odd situation, but not under usual use.
