Ron Paul has ties to "losers" and "anarchists". He would make a terrible president and make the republicans lose elections.

Ron Paul? Ugh. Not another Republicant!! Being a Republicant, he's no different than a Democrat you know. Just another "lesser of two evils".

Ron Paul is the ONLY republican in congress that still acts how we feel the party should be and believes in freedom. He is pretty much a libertarian, ran for President as one in the early '80s. We would have a great country if all republicans acted the way he does.

I won't slam you too hard since you obviously don't know who Ron Paul is. If our government was filled with "Ron Pauls", I'd be sitting here cleaning my brand new, $800, no tax stamp M16!!!!!!! Walter Williams rocks too!!!!!!!

Ron Paul??? Isn't he that guy who sells those rotisserie ovens on late night TV? Or maybe he's that shemale who had her own talkshow on VH1? Either way, if he's a Republicant, he just another "lesser of two evils".

Ron Paul is a very liberal Republican. Most people here in Texas outside of his district don't think much of him.

Ron Paul is a strict, and I DO mean STRICT, Constitutionalist. He is DEFINITELY the friend of those of us who wish to use our Second Amendment rights, LIBERALLY INTERPRETED. (Not to be confused with a stinking liberal's interpretation!) He's also likely to vote against any bill that he doesn't understand completely on the first read. If only the rest of the politicians were like that! Check out his record. He's the kind of guy you want to support! CJ

Ron Paul is even more Libertarian than most Libertarians.

Hey guys! The_Macallan is just funning you boyz! He knows who Ron Paul (R-TX) is! He just wants to rub some Libertarians noses in it! BTW, IIRC, some of you folks don't like Rush Limbaugh in the least. You say he doesn't push the envelope, he's a country club Republican at best! I say Horse Hockey! Rush is as good as it gets! If Walter E. Williams is your cup of tea (and he is!) and he's on Rush's show, at Rush's invitation, ALL THE TIME! And Rush lets him bring on folks like Ron Paul (R-TX).... Shouldn't that tell you where RUSH is on the political spectrum?? Eric The(BuyAClue!)Hun[>]:)]

"I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents." ~ James Madison, objecting to Congress appropriating $15,000 to assist French refugees. Yep, by far, one of the clearest condemnations of Federal welfare spending I've ever seen - and all the more stinging coming from the "Father" of the US Constitution. [;D]
