I was thinking of getting one for home use. Anybody ever use one these to strengthen back and stomach over a period of time? Did you have good results? I used one once, it is a little scary at first when you first try one and lean forward with your feet as your only support.
I use one with weight.
Perfect exercise to strengthen the lower back.
If you deadlift or squat, it's a great tool.
Go heavy(4-5 reps) and you'll build a lower back that won't "go out". Do it once a week.
