Anyone seen the movie? I don't really care what you think of Stallone, I don't like him but I grew up with the originals and enjoyed the first 3. How good/bad is it?

Far, far better than Rocky V. They should have skipped Rocky V and gone straight to this movie as the final installment. I thought it was pretty good. When compared to the last Rocky, it was a cinematic masterpiece.

I also watched Rocky alot as a kid. I consider the first one to be one of the very best films off all time.  That said....   I really enjoyed this one, as stated, it was MUCH better than Rocky 5.

If your a huge Rocky fan, you need to go see this one.

I saw it last night and really enjoyed it.  I am not a big fan of the series or the character, but I will definitely be rewatching the original soon.

Excellent movie, with a great underdog story.  Good acting all around and I liked how they showed the daily life of a has-been, with the constant distracting attention while out in public, and the nights at his restaurant reliving his glory days for his guests.

I just wish there had been a little more to the training sequences.  Stallone was incredible shape for a 60 year old by the time he made it to Vegas for the match, but the film only spent about five minutes watching him train.

The final bout was very well done also, and the ending had me a little surprised, but it was logical and wrapped up the storyline completely.
