That's a sociology thing. If people know you're observing them for something they act differently than they normally would. |

Nonetheless, Rocco was, indeed, a douche. His incredible lack of, well, everything it takes to run a restaurant amazed me, and I've seen the best run-it-into-the-grounders at work. Or so I thought. Then I saw that guy.
