That cop knew he was publicly executing that guy.
And didn't give a fuck. Protestors outside his house? He's very lucky they are not burning it down with him and his family inside. Because people are beyond pissed and have themselves worked up into a toxic froth over this one. One of these incidents is really going to light off a powder keg. And it won't be pretty. I don’t have a dog in this fight.
Two wrongs don’t make a right, but apparently they do make a riot. That Cop murdered that man & he should be put in front of the firing squad for it. Better yet someone should kneel on his throat while he begs for his life, while a crowd watches, until he expires. But destroying part of your own community because of the actions of a few bad apples is idiotic beyond belief. And you can’t pick & choose when a life matters. If this man, & 100 just like him, had been shot by gang bangers yesterday not a word would be said by the rioters. Mostly this all just disgusts me. But so do most of the things I see these days. |

Having seen this firsthand during the 4th precinct riots in the past, this does not bode well for the future of the city.
The Minneapolis police force is a joke (diversity hires, terrible policies, letting the gangs run large swaths of town, terrible choices in police chiefs...etc, etc...) As another poster stated, liberals attacking a liberal controlled town and police force doesn't make me sad. Watching police kill someone does. This one is going to leave a mark. ETA: The officer should have the same thing done to him in Loring Park with widespread media coverage. You'd think that at some point both the police and SJW crowds would learn. They can't and won't. There is no way that any changes brought about by this situation ends up with a better ending. Minneapolis was a disaster before and will continue to slide. The officer's address has already been spread on social media. More people will be dead before this is over, possibly from both sides of the argument. |
