It shall be unlawful for any person over 16 years of age to, with the intent to conceal his identity, wear any mask, hood or other device whereby a substantial portion of the face is hidden or covered so as to conceal the identity of the wearer, to be or appear in any public place, or upon any private property in this Commonwealth without first having obtained from the owner or tenant thereof consent to do so in writing. Are we doxxing people now? What's the point of the Facebook link? Someone got arrested. Next.

One arrest in a crowd that size is a statistical zero. I’m going with zero.

Someone had to pay for today’s disrespect of the governor.
Also, if you were warned 2x by the same cop, you should probably listen. |

I saw a lot of people covering their face with gators and wraps. Where's the line of mask drawn?

She was likely excessively uncooperative and earned herself a ride. EVERYONE was in masks, including PD, and no one else was picked up.

I don't care what "side" she was on. Facing felony charges for a mask and nothing else is fucking dumb

She posted a video on her IG showing her second warning. She was pretty much egging the police on. Some of the comments she made in that video indicate to me that she wasn't there for the same reasons the Lobby Day attendees were.

Felony for a mask? Damn Va.. Here is the quote I found. "Depending on the amount by which the driver exceeds the speed limit, fines typically range from $1 to $55. But if the motorist is caught going more than 25 miles per hour over the limit, the fine is $60 to $100 and license suspension is possible". |

There is ZERO doubt that person wanted to be arrested.
I saw many, many people in the crowd today who were clearly wearing masks to obscure their faces, and didn’t seem to be cold/winter related. The police DIDN’T CARE. The police today were very professional and super-friendly ( once it was clear that we were friendly). As I posted in another thread, it was VERY clear that the ROE today was “You don’t fuck with us, and we won’t fuck with you” If someone was arrested, it is 100% certain that they were deliberately provoking the police. |

Just more tyranny.
The mask law needs to go with all the rest of the mala prohibita bullshit. Free people cover their faces or conceal their identity as they wish. If it doesn't pick my pocket or break my leg... |

She's a Richmond resident and has had drug and alcohol problems as well as a single mom at 21 years of age according to some interweb sleuthing. Nothing I see says Revcom or Antifa but there's negative signs on her life choices.
