Well, that and the mindset to survive a 100 yard foot pursuit in the dark, some serious hands-on including an attempted gun-grab as well as a zap from his own taser before a contact-distance OIS.

most agencies around here have them, we've had them for a while...use them on swat to in a drop leg setup
