Amateur. I've been running all night. Brisket is about done, lamb is going in in about 25 minutes, then a pork belly for good measure.

It's raining here too but that doesn't hurt the meat in the smoker. I just pop a canopy over it. Two pork butts went on at 9 last night. Started raining about 11. They are at 195 just a few minutes ago.

I did a boston butt last weekend.  First time I bought any to try (big two pack at Sams).   It was so freakin good.  Didn't need any kind of sauce.  In fact, when I tried some with sauce it was worse than plain.  Just applied dillo rub all over before smoking.
No smoking this wekend, just brats and weenies today.  I got the brats at Carls in bucyrus Ohon my last trip out that way.  They are very good brats, too.

And that is very nice stonework.  Did you build it yourself?

That setup is my 2year project so far. Egg was a gift and it needed its own space, I did everything myself including countertops. Well worth it but a giant PITA.  Still need to make the countertop for the right side. Tarp on top is only because they were calling for rain today

The countertops aren't stonecraft pieces?  Looks just like their hearthstone edges.
