The Guangdong and Hong Kong immigrants already sold us down the river of homogenizing Chinese food, and asking McD's to reverse that trend is frankly retarded.
If Chinese restaurants ran by Chinese expats don't give a shit about authenticity and regional nuances then why should McD's, especially considering that they are a burger joint. |

They should be begging to have Americanized Chinese food be confused with real Chinese food. The good from Szechuan was terrible. |
