I just replaced my HP desktop's factory RAM. Is it worth anything as far as reselling it on Ebay or just throw them away?

I also have some factory laptop RAM from NANYA I swapped out.

Okay...on the package that my new hardware says don't throw away. WTF do I do with them?

Sell it on ebay, just make sure you get enough for postage.
