I want to replace it with a gas block that will accommodate my drop in Daniel Defence EZ-Car 7" rail ( I need to keep my front hand guard pockets).
I would like to install the matching front Diamondhead sight on top. Is there a block that will allow me to do this and possibly butt up against the top rail to give it the appearance of one continues rail? And yes I posted this in BIY and got this

Why not sell the EZ car rail, buy a 12" free float rail and then buy a low profile gas block to go under the rail?

That EZ car rail probably cost around $150. You could've bought a MI 12" SS rail for $10 more. Low profile gas block from YHM for about $32. |

Just shave off the delta ring and spring with a dremel. The EZ car is a non FF rail though, it just goes in place of the hand guards. |
