Just down the street from where the CVS loss prevention guy chased and gunned down the shoplifter in the shit part of Dallas, this shit goes down just about every Sunday night\Monday morning in various parking lots and on the streets.There's no club or bar here, just closed stores like Dollar General and Walmart.They just hang out and do stupid shit, someone gets shot, etc., But no one is worried about getting up the next day to go to work.

Its been going on for a while, someone finally got it on facebook and made one of the otherwise worthless city council dudes look stupid.
