I've seen suggestions ranging from putting US troops on the ground in the middle east, to just nuking the entire region into one big piece of green glass, but why risk our boys' lives or re-open the nuclear genie's bottle?

We must have tens of thousands of baby rapers and mother killers in our prisons with nothing better to look forward to than a lethal injection or rotting slowly away in their death row cells.

Why not strap parachutes on their asses and drop them off (along with separate weapons canisters) in Afghanistan to raise as much hell as they can before they're killed?

Give them some lethal disease, or radiation treatment, or slow poison so they can't make it back here even if they survived the festivities.
