If you haven't already tuned the stock trigger down to around 2.5lbs then you need to do THAT first.  Once you get is setup properly, re-evaluate the situation.

I've tweaked mine down to just under three pounds - it's dead nutz simple - and I'm pleased with the weapon now. Depending on what you're going to do with it and how much more you've done to the weapon a new trigger can help. My is silky smooth and without doubt it's doing its job fine, I'm not soon to replace it.

PS: Even after tuning/tweaking the stock rifle give it a few hundred shots to smooth out. (dry fire if you have to)
