El Paso Saddlery. Very good stuff. Lone Star Saddlery as a second choice. (They may be out of business. Haven't gotten a sales brochure from them in a while)
ETA: Yep, Lone Star is gone.

Kirkpatrick's Leather....Mike Kirkpatrick is a pretty good guy and will fix you up with whatever you need leather wise. Nothing wrong with El Paso either. I have some of both.
