Might be a little overkill if your insulated. A 2-ton unit would probably handle your 720 sq ft. I'm assuming there is an overhead door. Who's going to put it in? Are you aware that internet purchases of equipment void the warranty?

He said "How fast do you want it to cool back down after you open that 18' door?" |
