Don't need a meter.

When I see the Northerners falling over dead, I know it's getting a tad humid around here.

radio shack. Picked one up for under $20 a few years ago.

I smoke cigars and wouldn't reccomend the radio shack $20 jobs. Some people I know after calibrating those have told me the RH was off By 5%! I have one of the Walmart $15 jobs, calibrated it w/ a calibration kit and it's dead on. YMMV FWIW etc...
