If that were true, wouldn't they post a notice directing all traffic to this site instead of hoping people find this site on there own? The old board has been having trouble loading for the past 2 weeks and last year when that happened, it crashed shortly there after.Still no reason not to post a message of what is going on.I really miss all of the posts, makes for good learning experience just by reading.

However shitty it is, the "old" forum is still down. Still giving the blank screen.
This has nothing to do with stress testing this new forum. Neither is it a first step to migrating AR15.com forums here. Of all the forums Edward is hosting AR15.com is the only one down. .50world is still up and so is weaponsforums.com and of course this forum. I quess something major crashed the software or the puter it is ran on. Ed has dealt with this before and I have every bit of confidence that the board will be back. When.....I dont know, could be a few hours to a few days. Perhaps longer. Kuiper |

they took the tin foil off the server and "they" were able to mind meld with the server thus sending it into cyber fibrilations. Now "they" know all, and are using what "they" know against us. [sleep]

KUIPER, you are one of the moderators from the old forum, do you have an update. I am having withdrawal from not being able to read the manufacturers forums.I may have to buy another gun so that I can go search for a new forum to visit.

For whatever reason Ed has the AR15 forum boards hosted on a server that is about 2 hours from his place.
Last time the server/list/webpage went down it was down for over a month. Ed told us the reason why it was down was a lightning strike had taken out the server. Oh well. |
