Interesting to see that the BBC doesn't even suggest anywhere that the large rise in the number of people who carry concealed might be one of the contributing factors to the drop in crime rate.

as one of the cities with a huge drop in crime is Phoenix, in Arizona, which does not have a large black population.


They have a decreasing population of illegal aliens, too.
