Security heightened at Andrews Air Force Base. Baltimore-Washington International Airport taking arrivals not departing flights. -MINNEAPOLIS: Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport shut down. IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis, the tallest building in the state, evacuated. -NEVADA: Security increased at casinos on the Las Vegas Strip, at federal buildings across the state and Nellis Air Force Base near Las Vegas.
