A guy went to the court house to legaly change his name, he was informed that it would cost him ten dollars in court costs! Those are the two choices? Uzi wielding nutcase or pubescent wanker? Either way, change it change it change it! It made me think of a drunken urinator. Go with shooter69's suggestion. Or, should you desire something with the 'spray' feel but without the pissing or kid jacking off potential, may I suggest "leadhose"?
