They have the lowest price of bulk .308 that I can find. It's 980 rounds of SA battlepacks with 140 rounds per pack. You get 7 packs (980) for 147.00 plus shipping, which was 39.00 for me. The price goes up on 1-1-06.
This is my second case, I'm so weak....................................  Seriously, I still have some 5.56 in SA battlepacks. Everyone loves this stuff, the size of an MRE, and easy to store and shoots great. Get some before its gone.  PS I'm just posting this to ease my guilty conscience because I just ordered it and want to drag others down with me!

You naive puppy. First you order the ammo, then you HAVE to order the .308. I ordered some yesterday. I fact at one point I had 6 cases coming. Your order is in the system even before you click the "done" button. You can't go back and edit it if you want to change anything (address typo, etc.). finally called and talked to a hooman bean and go t things squared away. Some time between now and when I croak, DS Arms is supposed to ship a FAL to shoot this stuff up. I bought my AR because I had 16 USGI mags. Stuff begets stuff. Aim is going up 7 bucks a case after new years. |

are there two different size cans, because the one i have fits 9 battlepacks and is marked 1260 rounds....
i have gone through about 5 cases of this stuff and its great for the price. thinking about another tonight. |

No, only one size case. AIM shorts it by 2 packs. It says "1260" which is 9 battlepacks. Aimsurplus only sells cases of 7 battlepacks, still the best price out there though. Does anyone know why AIM doesn't offer a "full case" with 9 packs? |
