I need to know what is the pounds setting when installing an ar15 barrel. I tried in the information tab but I can't open up any of the army manuels. I can't find my book. I have a barrel in the vise waiting to be installed. Thanks.

I think I used to set it to min 70 lbs and if the gas tube does not lines up, then tighten till it does. I guess I go look for my old army book that was given to me by my great great grandfather who fought for the south against them people from the north.

I've got a cracked upper for a paper weight to remind me about using 70 ftlbs...

Start out at about 40 and then up it until your gas tube lines up.
