I can't remember the scripture regarding a the sin of cheating a man of his daily wages. Can anybody enligthen me on it.

Hi DoctorCheney223, I believe the passage you're referencing is found in Deuteronomy 24:14-15.

Here are the verses for the scriptures that Ed was refering to.

Deu 24:14  You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, of your brothers, or of your strangers that are in your land within your gates.
Deu 24:15  At his day you shall give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down on it. For he is poor and sets his heart on it; lest he cry against you to Jehovah, and it shall be sin to you.

and an addtional one.

Lev 19:13  You shall not defraud your neighbor nor rob him. The wages of him who is hired shall not stay with you until the morning.
