Does anyone know what the approximate magnitude of impact that this decision has had on the funding of Social Security and Medicaid, since those are programs where generally the recipients are paid by taxing the working.

It seems to me that these programs require an exponentially growing population.  I don't know if that's true, or what the size of the exponent would need to be to fund these programs.  So those can be considered questions also.
