How much more can this country take?  The politicians are not representing us anymore, instead they are shoving unconstitutional laws down our throats.  They are allowing our country to be invaded and overran without a shot being fired.  When citizens try to stop the flow of illegal aliens they are called vigilantes and are denigrated.  There is a massive gap developing between the producers and leaches in the economy and the leaches are be pandered to by the politicians while bleeding the producers dry.

I really seems that the fire has been turned up on the frog in the pot from simmer to low boil.

tipping point for what? tipping point from which the country can recover economically/socially, or tipping point from which people will throw off their oppressors?

because the second will NEVER happen.

ETA: the government will bleed us producers dry in attempts to win the votes of the leach-class with gifts of welfare and health care.

I will be totally honest with you.......I don't know.  I'm not going to tell you I'm going to go Rambo or something but I am afraid that everyone else will do what I am afraid I will do.  I am afraid I will wait till they are at my door and then it will be too late.

it's a stampeed towards the abyss

all we need is a little push to send us all over the edge.

remember that law enforcement will 95% of the time be more than happy to enforce ANY laws passed by the government, no matter how unconstitutional... "hey I was just doing my job"

I'm f***ing moving to New Zealand when it gets to the point of facism, cause I know there won't be a revolution here. hell even our army has instituted the "kinder gentler" boot camp.

If we had, you wouldn't need to be asking that question...you'd already know.

Perhaps we already have, and we are simply mechanically going through the motions of work-a-day life because hope for a better future, self-respect and work ethic are so deeply entrenched in the psyche.

If one has ever watched old WWII film footage of London after a bombing, you will see strange vignettes of people doing things like sweeping dust off of stairways which go... nowhere any more.

Economically/Socially, I think we started that ball rolling with Social Security and in the next 10 years that will fall apart with massive ramifications.

Politically, I think we are just now seeing the major ramp up socialism and the sheep are just fine with it.

There will never be a revolution here to overthrow the .gov by the natives but there very well could be an insurgency.

Well, kids in some schools out west  were forbidden to wear any patriotic clothing yesterday.
Because it would offend the illegals!

So, I'd say yeah, we're pretty far down the slippery slope.

OK so we are on the slippery slope and our country appears to be falling apart, where do we go from here what is the outcome of all of this.

IMHO there will never be an armed revolt so where does that leave us?

+1 - Quite possible.

You never defined what you mean by "tipping point"

Do you mean the point where the Constitution cannot be revalidated?    We got there years ago.

Do you mean the point where our standard of living will go downward for the majority of citizens?  PeakSOL?      I think we are pretty close.

Do you mean the point where we realize we are living in a police state?
(No comment- too afraid )

We have no doubt reached the tipping point where America will irrevocably depart from the "America" that we all know and love.  (If indeed that ideal ever really existed)

It's really all a matter of perspective.  America will get worse for our children, but better for the children of the illegal aliens.     Change has always been the one constant in our nation's history.

You think any of this makes a difference???

You think any of us matter???

Sheep, every one of us.

Not a single one of us will do a damned thing.

It's globalism or bust.

Get used to it, or get used to it!!!

Nothing matters.  Nothing you say, nothing you do.  The die has been cast, and it was hecho en

I have a few ideas on how to fix the politicians...unfortunately CoC precludes me from saying them...use your imagination...

I have a few ideas on how to fix the illegal problem....again, CoC precludes discussion.

I have a few ideas on how to deal with terrorism (ie islam)...again, that pesky CoC.

Government doesn't work anymore. It is broken, and in its current guise, cannot be fixed....

America, in my opinion, needs to have a change for the worse. The sheep need to realize the hard way that they fucked up and gave an inch while the government that they neglected to run took a mile.

All of us need to suffer a little to get things back. That is the point behind this nation - somebody always has to take a dive. In this case, the citizens need to feel the pain and see the consequences of selling your country out before they will CLEAN HOUSE in Washington.

It is our obligation to future generations, if the honor and freedoms of this country are to be maintained, to let the political side of things fail, and fail fast. We are at the point where politicians no longer listen to us. The government gets too large, and we must have reform as quickly as possible, preferably with no violence. It is now fact that we are headed for the edge, so it all depends on us. Should we suffer for a long time until it changes, or make the process as quick and painless as possible?

Either way, we have some suffering and pain in our futures, as do our children. We have but one shot to do this right ( ie, no bullets ). Everyone get to work and contact your politicians. You have everything to lose if you don't...

If that doesn't work, we need to take a different approach. Protests, create our own media coverage, create our own political party, etc. No small task, but I call on the guys on this site to MAN UP and make a comittment.

sadly, it will only eventually be solved through violence.  Either started by the aztlan types or those on the opposite end of the spectrum.  Do we or I want this?  Obviously not, especially in my case where my family is represented by both cultures.

this could have been diverted by simply taking care of the problem.  It won't because the polies are scared they'll lose their seat in congress or the senate.  it's that simple.  what they fail to realize is they've dug all of our graves already, including theirs.

I guess by tipping point I mean when Joe Sixpack wakes up and realizes that it he has missed the last opportunity to affect change by using the current social, political, and judicial systems.  It would also be the same time that Joe realized that the use of force would be required to affect change.  This will no doubt shorten his life span and greatly reduce the prosperity of his family yet the potential reward of his actions out weighs the risk of his inaction.
