The one-thousandth post is some kind of "coming of age" tradition around here, although these days there are many folks up in 5,000+ land. I doubt I'll ever get there.
For my part I'll take the occasion of my big 1,000 to say thanks for lots of good information, always available, usually right the first time. I've learned a lot about guns, but also about chainsaws, trucks, cars, drag racing, dogs, snakes, and countless other topics. It's a tremendous resource.
Also at it's best, ARFCOM offers a sense of family. The way everyone pitched in for Aim4myhead after Charlie is probably the best example. Also like a family, there's occasional bickering. I tend to stay out of that.
Anyway, thanks, and huzzah. Excelsior! Hoo-Ray! Whatever you're supposed to say at such momentous occasions.
Also if I could make one request, I would like Wedge to declare that this thread is officially not a trap.
Thanks.
