1. How do you enter your forum name so your account will become upgraded?

2. Does it instantly upgrade or does it have to be manually entered?

3. If you purchase with credit card, does it keep renewing yearly?

I think you'll have to put the username in one of the slots. Since I never bought a membership online, I'm 100% sure.

You should be upgraded automatically.

You will have to renew your membership manually.

My account was upgraded right away, i logged out then logged back in and was good to go.
