 Hey all,

Just bought myself an Remington 870 HD shotgun. I've read thru the legal archives to find out what I can and can't do with my new shotgun.

Since it's a pump it doesn't fall under the Assault Weapons Ban right? Does this mean I can add folding stock, pistol grip, and or mag extenstion?

My dealer told me I couldn't add an pistol grip, is this right?

Since it’s not a semi-automatic weapon, I don’t believe the 1994 federal assault weapons restrictions apply to your 870.  The barrel length restriction still applies however.
