about a year ago I could do like 10 chin ups (never really paid attention to pull ups but I think I could do like 8)

I feel just as strong as I did back then, still have same muscle and I am still very lean, can still do like 80 PU's 90 SU's in a 2 minutes??

Are my pull up/ chin up muscles just gone or are they just not use to being used

I could only do 3 Chin ups!

maybe is it lack of streching?
