Alright, well my friend and I are having a big argument over the pronunciation of Leupold Optics. Is it pronounced like Loopold or Leopold?

It's pronounced "Throat Wobbler Mangrove".
(for the M. Python fans) I'd always said Leo-Pold, but I've heard that the proper pronunciation is Loo-Pold. |

I always say Lee' uh pold. Never knew if it was right or wrong, and was told three different ways were right.

Yep... I've called Leupold CS on several occasions when they were repairing several very old scopes for me and that's how they answer the phone... Loo-a-poled... |
