That happened to a French prison about five years ago, but at least the faxers had the good sense to use the letterhead of the French Interior Ministry.

That is the most rediculous state moto... What the hell lead to that slogan and the smiley face on the license plate  State politicians smoking too much weed  I mean, common..bluegrass state is cool...but "Education Pays"..it just sounds...well...a little light in the loafers

That's not the state motto, it just refers to the education system. The state motto is "Unbridled Spirit" and the image features a Kentucky Thoroughbred. |
