Any prior or current AF members remember their Basic Training Flight & Squadron numbers?

Mine was Flight 175 from the 322nd Squadron on Lackland AFB. Our mascot was the Grizzly bear.

Lot's of fun memories when I think back. [:)]

3704 BMTS went in November 1982.

Red Flag days and next day snowed and they closed everything in San Antonio.

Left on New Years Eve for Keesler AFB, Biloxi Mississippi.

Town pass on Christmas Eve. Storeowners opened up just for us and then went home to spend Christmas with family.

Yep. Flight 030, 320th. We were Alcatraz, the squadron that was out in the middle of nowhere. Got there in October of '95 when it was still hot, and let in December when it was freezing.

BMTS 3743 Flt 508. Good ole "Disneyland". For Tech school it was the 3793rd at Sheppard AFB. That was called "Club Med". From what I gather, I had it easy for training.

3711/269.  I'll always remember the flight number because for the first week or so every sergeant who heard our flight number said "269?  I love to 69!"

I remember hearing the name Alcatraz. Our's was Mother Russia, hence the bear for a mascot.

Who remembers the parade grounds and the aircraft lined up along the entrance? Anyone remember the BX with pictures on the wall of previous Honor grad Flights? Bob Hope theater? The confidence course? The shooting grounds?

September, 1987.  3711 BMTS, Flt. 102.  Mascot? Hell, I was a P.A. puke.  I was in and out of basic so fast I never learned our mascot!

(P.A.:  Proficiency Advanced.  Means I knew the basics already, in theory at least.  Courtesy of four years of AFROTC in High School.  Also got me E3 right off the bat.   Basic for me was 12 days of training, plus the weekends in between.)

Post basic, I went to Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi.  3411 STUS.   Mascot?  Again, no clue..though I was there for four months!
