Do you think that it is a mistake? The add says that the items are in exellent shape and less than a year old.

Dunno. Most highpower shooters could care less regarding pre/post. One year old may be in reference to the barrel on the upper. SRM

Good point. Again most highpower shooters I have talked to say equate eagles/armalites, pwa/rock rivers, etc. Looks like it was an eagle, case of mistaken ID. SRM

Sounds like a preban Eagle. That, however, is a low serial number. The batch of NIB prebans they released in the last couple of years were in the 17xxx to 19xxx range. That one has definitely been out there a while. I got one of those NIB ones about a year ago and it was 19xxx. His just doesn't sound like it less than a year old. I just wish I had the money right now, I would scarf that up. Any Eagle Arms preban in any decent shape is worth more than that.

It is indeed a preban Eagle Arms he's selling. Used as a spare DCM rifle with less than 500 rds through it. I'm in negotiations with the seller now. He states its in near perfect condition and he's willing to do a 3 day inspection on it. He's waiting on my answer. What do you all think? I'm leaning towards going for it....

What are you waiting for?? [:D]

Done......I'm always a tad wary about buying something I can't touch and feel but I just found out he's less than 100 miles from me..............It's sold pending an inspection on my part. [:D][bounce][:D][bounce]
